First, a 5-15 minute pre-recorded module in the portal covering that week's concept.
Then a 1x a week coaching call with Shayla for an hour. She teaches, then opens the room for hot seat coaching. If you can't make it live, the replay is in your portal within 24 hours.
Then Future Fridays. Thirty minutes of solo implementation time followed by thirty minutes of peer conversation. This is where the relationships get built and the concepts become real.
